BEJJ Limited were engaged as the consultant Project Manager for Coventry City Council (CCC), managed, and coordinated works involving Balfour Beatty/Balvac, the Main Contractor, and Atkins the design consultants during construction phase.

We reviewed and instructed on behalf of the Client adjustments to the detail design to be Issued for Construction and supported site team undertaking construction supervision.

Management, supervision, and provision of technical input to the Atkins Design Teams, chaired Inter-Disciplinary Design reviews and workshops.

Regularly held progress and discussed technical issues with all parties and instructed Change Events (CE) as required

Primarily involved in the management of the commercial and technical issues including risk and financial analysis and negotiations with the contractor and consultant to get value for money for the client

Attended technical meetings with CCC, Balvac and Atkins to provide buildable detailed design solutions addressing site issues and facilitating value engineering proposals.

The contractors CEMAR system was used for contractual correspondence and issuance of design and as-built documentation
