Managed the adjustment of detail designs to be Issued for Construction and supported site team undertaking construction supervision. Managed, supervised, and provided technical input to the Site Design Teams, attended Inter-Disciplinary Design reviews and workshops.

Regularly reported on progress and discussed technical issues with Highways England and CGT.

Primarily involved in the management of technical Change Events (CE) including risk and financial analysis and negotiations with Highways England

Acted as Handover Managers, responsible for preparation of documentation for Handover into Operations and Handover into Maintenance including production of PCF products. All in accordance with the requirements of GG182.
